Judicial bias and conspiring to do good
Judicial bias and conspiring to do good

Aug 15, 2013 (hour 3) The first part of the hour examines the U.S. Court of Appeals decision that allowed Entergy-Vermont Yankee to continue operations, especially with regards to judicial bias and Judge Susan Carney’s “reluctance” in ruling against the state of Vermont. The second hour is a mini-edition of Konspiracy Korner: Down the Rabbit Hole with Dan Lefkowitz, where we re-visit recent conspiracies we’ve hatched on L&L to help Sara Longsmith and the Northfield Drive-In, as well as the ongoing conspiracy of flouridated water supplies.
